Implementation, administration and maintenance support of software, office automation systems and desktop applications in networked environment of department.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Required to work in a team, supervised by a manager, to perform various system development, maintenance and support activities. 
• Responsible for implementation projects and for the administration, maintenance, and support of various networked office automation and application systems.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• At least 36 months in IT experience including application development, quality assurance, system maintenance, system testing, user support and documentation;
• At least 24 months hands-on experience in web-based application development and support using .NET C#, JavaScript and MS SQL;
• At least 12 months hands-on experience in anti-virus management or Windows patch management;
• With experience in Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) management, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Encryption products; and
• Good IT professional knowledge and ethics; initiative, proactive, systematic and independent at work; customer and quality focus; good problem analysis skills; good communication and interpersonal skills; and good command in Chinese and English (verbal and written).
