1. Enhancement and routine maintenance of existing application systems, including data analytic application, data visualization application, web application, mobile application, dashboard for Regional Digitalization Control System (RDCC), divisional integrated building management system (iBMS), interface systems with clusters; iBMS  and the standardization, collection, evaluation, verification, alignment, cleansing and preparation of operation data for interfacing with Departmental RDCC (DRDCC) and analyzing building operational data to facilitate further building system optimization and insight generation; and  
2. Enhancement and routine maintenance of existing smart application systems, including smart document vetting systems to facilitate and automate the vetting process.
    

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Enhancement and routine maintenance of existing application systems, including data analytic application, data visualization application, web application, mobile application, dashboard for Regional Digitalization Control System (RDCC), divisional integrated building management system (iBMS), interface systems with clusters; iBMS  and the standardization, collection, evaluation, verification, alignment, cleansing and preparation of operation data for interfacing with Departmental RDCC (DRDCC) and analyzing building operational data to facilitate further building system optimization and insight generation; and the standardization, collection, evaluation, verification, alignment, cleansing and preparation of operation data for analyzing building operational data to facilitate further building system optimization and insight generation; and  
• Enhancement and routine maintenance of existing application systems, including smart document vetting systems to facilitate and automate the vetting process.
• Enhancement and routine maintenance of data pipelines for HSD RDCC and iBMS and system status crawling to streamline operations.  
• Enhancement and routine maintenance of dashboards for real-time monitoring and performance visualization.  
• Perform data crawling, patching, and preparation to ensure high-quality input data.  
• Conduct and/ or arrange Security Risk Assessment & Audit (SRAA) to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Deploy Large Language Models (e.g., RALLM) for advanced data processing and decision-making.  
• Enhancement and routine maintenance of existing databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.  
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors for requirement capture, system design, implementation, testing, and rollout.  
• Enhance, maintain, and support the AI model to adapt to evolving operational needs. 
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in in web application design and development experience;
• Good knowledge of web & industrial programming standards (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, BACnet, XML/JSON, etc.);
• Good knowledge of RDBMS databases such as MS SQL Server, My SQL, Oracle, etc;
• Good knowledge of operation system/platforms (Windows, Unix, Linus, MVS, Mware or Netware.)
• Good knowledge in Python, NoSQL database, MongoDB, BRICKS, BACnet, JSON, artificial intelleigient applications and bid data analysis;
• Good writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese;
• Being creative, having strong analytical capability, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized.
