Responsible for providing support to the existing network infrastructure and office automation systems and the implementation of the Upgrade of Local Area Network Facilities project.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide technical support to the department network infrastructure and office automation systems; 
• To coordinate relevant parties and provide support to the implementation of the Upgrade of Local Area Network Facilities project;
• To prepare and update technical manuals and documents; and
• To perform any other duties related to the office automation systems, network infrastructure and the Upgrade of Local Area Network Facilities project.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Possess rich hands-on experience in: 
  • Network routers, network switches, firewalls, intrusion prevention/detection system, 2-factor authentication administration and support;
  • Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Hyper-V administration and support;
  • Lotus Domino/Notes and Confidential Messaging Application (CMSG) administration and support; and
  • Virtual private network and data encryption support.
