The development of e-registration platform provided end-to-end electronic processing related to school manager registration business.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist the user section in communicating with the technical team for developing the electronic system, e.g. conducting the UAT tests and checking the data migration prior to the system rollout;
• To handle the enquiries/ incidents reported from users;
• To assist in conducting IT training(s) and/or briefing(s) for both internal and external users;
• To perform any other duties assigned by seniors.
  
  
  
  
   

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 1 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Information Technology system development;
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• Experience in customer support in technical aspect is an advantage.
