Job Nature

  1. Handle daily support tickets over telephone, email and instant messaging on various desktop issues such as account reset, account assignment and software installation.
  2. Obtain feedback from users and troubleshoot desktop issues in view of improving service level.
     

Job Description

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

  • To provide end-user computing support services including product evaluation, trouble shooting and help-desk functions for department developed system, such as E-Cas, E-survey, Client portal system, Lotus Notes, CCeP & SAP. Assist user desktop operations over telephone, email and instant messaging;
  • To prepare documents, guidelines, training and procedures for the operation and administration of item B.
  • Communicate between various IT support teams on support, security, administration and patch policies management.
  • Monitor and record issues and founding in issue tracking system;
  • Identify issues and escalate to supervisor and relevant support teams;
  • To ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standard;
  • To evaluate and inspect/review hardware, software, and prepare technical proposals of IT equipment and services; and
  • To perform other IT services or tasks as assigned by supervisor.
     

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline;
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
  • At least 18 months solid experience in Lotus Notes Admin, Department Portal, e-leave & network support.
  • At least 18 months in management and support of EMSD system & services such as CCS, CCeP-JM, PMSMC, NSR, ECAS, DOSS & SLA Management.
  • Experience on roles requiring frequent communication is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to deadline and delivering high quality work
  • Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized.
  • Good team leader player, proactive communication with his / her teammates.
  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Good interpersonal relationship and emotion management.
