Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist in performing internal platform development, as well as the scheduling of inspection activities, allocation of manpower resources and preparation of duty rosters for school inspectors;
• To maintain and timely update the relevant databases for school inspections, deployment of External Reviewers;
• To provide support to the capture and analysis of statistical data for school reviews and inspections, surveys and questionnaire studies and to provide support to the conceptualisation of inspection findings;
• To assist in maintaining the homepage for Quality Assurance Division (QAD) and to provide timely uploading of inspection information, review reports etc. to the EDB homepage and the inspection data to QAIP platform;
• To provide IT support services to QAD, including the administration of the accounts of the web-based Quality Assurance Portal, coordinate the computer equipment lending system and the regular maintenance of IT equipment;
• To incorporate artificial intelligence elements to streamline the workflow and daily operations, and support ad hoc duties as required.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Good knowledge and programming skills in the latest web technologies, such as ASP, PHP, Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are required;
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PC hardware & software support; experience in developing VBA macro tools is preferred; and
• Good knowledge of databases, including MySQL is preferred.
