Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide helpdesk support in PC and both physical and virtualized server platforms.
• To acquire necessary ICT equipment and services as and when required.
• To analyse user requirements, prepare system design and specification, develop programs, conduct testing, roll out systems and deliver documentation.
• To perform system maintenance, on-going system administration, user training as well as on-site and off-site support services in office hours and non-office hours.
• To liaise with users and vendors as well as to monitor and report project progress and quality.
• To assist in IT security risk assessment and audit.
• To accept any other ICT responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in application system development, maintenance and helpdesk support.
• Good communication skills with users and contractors.
