To provide technical and operational support on promoting the registration and usage of iAM Smart by the general public. 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Conduct research on the latest marketing strategies to attract public awareness and adoption for iAM Smart platform;
• Develop promotional materials and support publicity events and activities for promoting iAM Smart;
• Provide technical support for the daily operation of iAM Smart related services;
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Candidate should possess hands-on and working experience in graphic design and video editing for promoting mobile application(s), relevant experience for mobile application(s) is an advantage.
• Candidate should possess working experience in supporting publicity and promotional activities for mobile application(s), relevant experience for mobile application(s) is an advantage.
• Candidate with experience in supporting client advisory and/or helpdesk support for mobile application(s) is an advantage.
• Candidate should possess good communication in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be hard-working and self-motivated with positive attitude.
