IT, network and backbone equipment support services.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide resident IT and network support services to all computer users of department;
• To interact and follow up with vendors for maintenance and faults reported for any PC, network equipment and software until the case is completed;
• To interact and follow up with vendors for maintenance and faults reported for any backbone equipment and software until the case is completed;
• To assist the maintenance of the inventory and its record of the workstations, major peripheral devices and network equipment;
• To conduct quality control and quality assurance of support services rendered;
• To assist in the execution of the departmental IT policy and procedures; 
• To carry out any other support activities scheduled by department;
• To undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor.
  
  
   

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Must have experience in Lotus Domino / Lotus Notes, iNotes and Confidential Mail System;
• Must have experience in Citrix and Crystal Reports;
• Must have experience in BigFix.
