• System Implementation and Maintenance/Support.
• Helpdesk Call Handling Technique.

Responsible for providing application support of e-Procurement System to departments in suppliers.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Responsible to answer end-users' calls and emails, and provide support on using the e-Procurement System;
• Prepare helpdesk related reports for review;
• Assist in providing system support works;
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor;
• Handle enquires from B/Ds and suppliers related to procurement issues.

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Experience in helpdesk support;
• Excellent communications skills;
• Relevant experience in application support;
• Knowledge in government procurement workflow and procedure.
