• Microsoft Active Directory Administration.
• EGIS.

• Work with vendor in the implementation of e-Services System enhancement;
• Work with vendor in the implementation of network upgrade of department;
• Provide system maintenance and support to the information systems of department including e-Services System, e-Leave System, Departmental Portal and shared file system;
• Support for IT security policy and safeguards.
  
   

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Work with vendor in the implementation of e-Services System enhancement and monitor project activities;  
• Work with vendor in the implementation of network upgrade of department and perform testing;
• Support users in perform acceptance test and coordinate with vendor for resolving issues;
• Assist in project management activities including project control and monitoring, and review of project progress and deliverables;
• Perform daily system and application health check, review of system logging, etc.;
• Provide system maintenance and support for e-Services System, e-Leave System, Departmental Portal and shared file system; 
• Assist vendor in performing annual Disaster Recovery Drills for e-Services System;
• Act as a back-up role for data backup operations;
• Support supervisor in providing technical advice to management and users; and
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 6 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Have at least eight years of post-qualification IT experience including at least six years of experience in supporting applications systems, Infrastructure Services (EGIS) and Microsoft Active Directory Administration; and
• Possess knowledge and experience in Windows Server, Windows Active Directory domain and website administration.
