• Maintenance and support of the email systems including confidential email applications on PCs, smartphones and tablets;
• Maintenance and support of the online email archive system for Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP); and
• Assist in rollout of Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS).

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Perform technical support for email systems including online email archive system for CMMP;
• Perform email applications maintenance including user support; 
• Liaise with contractors and other maintenance teams for troubleshooting of technical problems on email systems; 
• Assist in rollout of Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS); and
• Perform maintenance tasks outside office hours and on-call duty during weekends and public holidays when required.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Experience in supporting Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) is an advantage.
