Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Conduct a thorough analysis of IT products and services and assist the team leader in preparing specifications for their acquisition;
• Carry out system analysis and design, system implementation and integration, as well as ongoing support and maintenance for applications and systems;
• Provide support for user acceptance testing and data conversion/ migration;
• Deliver user training sessions on applications and systems;
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports for applications and systems throughout their project duration and system lifecycle;
• Address inquiries and concerns from business users;
• Collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, contractors, and stakeholders to fulfill the aforementioned responsibilities.
• Oversee the participation of programmer staff (and placement, if applicable) in completing the aforementioned duties and ensure the quality of their deliverables within the designated timeframe;
• Utilize applicable best practices, standards, and guidelines from the IT industry and product vendors.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 11 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 7 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Demonstrate extensive expertise in systems analysis and design (SA&D), system development and implementation, testing, and ongoing support in web-based applications;
• Exhibit strong proficiency in relational database software products such as Oracle 19 or newer, SQL Server 2019 or newer, etc.;
• Showcase substantial experience in SA&D specifically for web-based applications;
• Possess substantial experience in web-based programming utilizing Java and Python;
• Demonstrate practical experience in system development and implementation using all the following programming languages: Java, Python 3 (or newer), PHP 5 (or newer), HTML 5, and Javascript;
• Previous practical experience with Django is necessary;
• It is preferable to have experience in Bootstrap, IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, or PHPStorm; and
• It is preferable to have experience in agile development.
