Computer project implementation, including system enhancement and related system support relating to the record management business of the department.
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To perform implementation and enhancements support including installation of computer systems, assessment and implementation of application and system patches, system implementation and testing as well as system nursing and maintenance;
• To study, assess and recommend cost-effective technical solution for new business initiatives;
• To collaborate with related stakeholders from both business and technical aspects and provide technical support for enhancements;
• To review contractors' deliverables for compliance with required standards and guidelines, and monitor the performance of contractors and his/her subordinates; 
• To execute and ensure the proper system change and configuration management; and
• To perform any other duties as may be required.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Shall be able to work independently, and shall possess strong analytical, system design and implementation skills.
• Shall have good experience in technical support and advisory on IT applications and security.  
• Good knowledge on both online and batch application development and processing are required.  
• Round-the-clock (24x7) on-call technical support to the system is required.  
• May be required to work occasionally outside normal office hours to carry out the duties.
