To support the system implementation and maintenance of various e-services in department.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To lead and manage a project team to complete e-services related duties;
• To assist in formulating strategies and plans of the e-services for department;
• To assist in formulating the best practices and guidelines of the e-services projects;
• To perform and monitor the performance of project planning, budgeting and management, specification development, product evaluation, procurement, contractor liaison, system implementation, system testing, system documentation, system administration and maintenance, system troubleshooting and tuning, quality assurance and other related activities;
• To supervise and provide training to project team;
• To discharging any other e-services related duties.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 20 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 12 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least twelve years of project management experience on IT projects;
• Knowledge of and experience in handling GIS geospatial data and GIS data modelling will be an advantage;
• Possessing strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
