• Infrastructure.

1. Perform daily support operations for Windows operating systems and VMware virtual server environment, including troubleshooting and administration.
2. Assisting IT project team in contractor management and procurement process.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To focus on daily maintenance and support tasks on various IT Infrastructure management systems;
• To participate in on-going projects of IT Infrastructure and server virtualization technology;
• To update user manuals, operation procedures, system maintenance documents, etc. 
• To assist in tendering operations from drafting tender specification to tender award for procurement;
• To provide contractor management services such as liaison with users and vendors, monitoring, training and helpdesk support to department colleagues; and
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
  
  
  
  
   

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 1 years experience in similar position;
• 1 years or above in IT Infrastructure and system operational support, preferable with solid application support experience in IT Infrastructure and server virtualization technology.
• Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work.
• Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized.
