PC/LAN helpdesk support.
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide helpdesk service to computer end users;
• To carry out on-site support and provide recovery action according to prescribed procedures;
• To assist in workstation or networked equipment setup, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation/relocation and perform site preparation work;
• To provide logging and assist in preparing statistics and reports;
• To maintain inventory records of end-user computer hardware, perform physical checks and maintain procedure manuals and documentation;
• To perform system administrative tasks such as user account administration according to prescribed procedures;
• To install and test hardware and software, and any other system tools; and
• To carrying out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  
  
  
   

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Have solid experience in PC/LAN helpdesk support for Windows PC and Lotus Notes mail system.
