• Microsoft Active Directory Administration.

Provide technical support to the system infrastructure for the IT systems.
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide technical support for the server infrastructure for IT systems under the Hong Kong Public Libraries;
• Provide administrative and technical support in IT Security Operation such as SRAA, patch management, incident handling, etc.
• Collaborate with application teams and security teams for system implementation and ongoing support activities;
• Compile project and technical documents, such as project plans, technical specifications, and test reports.
• Provide on-call technical support and other duties assigned by supervisor;
• Work irregular hours if necessary.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in system infrastructure, including Windows/Linux platform, Virtualisation platform (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, FusionSphere) and Container technology (Docker, K8S);
• Experience in supporting large-scale Government public facing system;
• Knowledge in system management and monitoring tools, such as ManageEngine, PRTG and Splunk;
• Knowledge in IT security operation activities, including SRAA, patch management, incident handling, access controls and log review, etc;
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
• Good collaboration and communication skills; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
