• Maintain the portal to provide consistent and quality service;
• Employ the latest technology to improve the portal;
• Provide quality helpdesk service; and
• Gauge public feedback for improvement opportunities.
• Our team also provides B/Ds with the Common Look and Feel Design Specifications and Guidelines (CLF), with reference to the latest website design methodology and technology, for adoption when designing their websites.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Monitor and tidy public feedback from various channels by data analytics technology (e.g. R, Python);
• Assist in user acceptance test and provide feedback for portal and its online services;
• Operate website which provides support to the portal users (e.g. by liaising with external helpdesk vendor) and compile related reports; and
• Provide support to B/Ds on the adoption of the CLF.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in helpdesk operations and online service rollout;
• Solid experience in different aspects of system implementation, including preparation of requirement specification, management of system development, outsourcing, management of system development and maintenance support;
• A team-player who is industriousness, self-motivated with positive attitude and interpersonal skills; and
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
