A web-based application system for maintaining the rent collection records. It automates the rent calculation and facilitates the generation of Rent Demand Notes. It also interfaces with other databases.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide application support and solve ad-hoc problems raised by AMS users whenever necessary.
• Perform fire-fighting maintenance activities.
• Carry out enhancements, application problem fixing, software upgrade, etc.
• Develop programs, conduct system testing, support user acceptance test and production release, etc.
• Prepare, review and update system documents.
• Provide technical support to assist user in carrying out capacity planning, system monitoring & tuning, system administration, database administration, system operation & housekeeping activities.
• Prepare data conversion specifications and coordinate with third party contractors to carry out data conversion.
• Provide AMS users application training to the department staff.
• Conduct disaster recovery drill.
• Perform tasks related to inventory control.
• Provide assistance in the procurement of computer hardware/software and services.
• Provide assistance in the security assessment and audit processes, attend related meetings when required, provide comments on the related assessment and audit reports, perform proper system hardening when required
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Experience in system design/development, Oracle dataguard, data migration and data conversion or possession of Oracle certifications would be an advantage.
