To perform server and system administration, IT procurement and ongoing system maintenance of backend servers, application system and network system.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide support on standard Office Automation (OA) packages and OA applications including Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP), CMMP Mobile Email (ME), Departmental Portal (DP) System and Wireless / Mobile email solution;
• Provide technical support on mobile device including network, Mobile Workplace System (MWS) and Mobile Device Management(MDM);
• Provide technical support to the network infrastructure system, VPN System and Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) of mobile application system;
• Provide maintenance and support on Windows 10 LTSC workstations and Windows Server 2019;
• Perform Windows Client, Windows Server, Linux upgrade and patch management;
• Assist in implementing and maintaining data encryption with MS BitLocker for OA related systems in accordance with the Security Regulations;
• Assist in project planning, UAT and system implementation on various GOA upgrade projects and network equipment replacement project;
• Perform OS and patch upgrade for both iOS and Android mobile devices via MDM system;
• Perform status monitoring of network, backend servers, health check and backup operations;
• Plan and perform account maintenance and annual housekeeping;
• Perform procurement of network infrastructure equipment and related maintenance services.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Possess in-depth skills and experience in OA system maintenance and support;
• Be familiar with PC client environment in Windows platform;
• Possess in-depth skills and experience in server and backup operations;
• Possess skills and hands on experience in MWS, DP, VPN and MDM;
• Possess skills and hands on experience in network equipment configuration including CISCO router and switch;
• Possess skills and expenrience in maintance support for Microsoft Outlook platform;
• Hands on experience in Internetwork Operating System (IOS) upgrade for CISCO products.
