• To maintain and enhance the existing support and system administration for IT systems and applications.
• To provide technical advice on hardware & software products for IT/GIS/BIM.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To supervise and mentor CITA and share his duties when required.
• To provide IT support to users in department.
• To monitor, test and maintain the healthiness of hardware, software and network in Server Room and workspace.
• To analyze, trouble shoot and provide solution for network, data backup, server and computer faults.
• To administer the data backup for Storage System, and other IT/BIM/GIS System.
• To assist in preparing the specifications for computer facilities.
• To assist in IT-related administration and IT security.
• To provide technical advice on hardware & software products for IT/BIM/GIS.
• To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
  
   

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 5 years post-qualification experience in the computer network operation and the control of computer operation systems.
