Provide system helpdesk and support services for users, and maintain daily IT operations.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Providing first-line IT helpdesk services to users;
• Operating and maintaining computer systems and network;
• Installing hardware, software and security patches/updates;
• Performing daily health checks of computer systems, servers and network equipment;
• Updating and maintaining inventory records of hardware and software, and performing physical checks;
• Maintaining procedure manuals and system documentation, helpdesk activity log, and assisting in preparing statistics and reports; and
• Reporting any recurring issues and long outstanding problems to the responsible staff.
   

• High Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Helpdesk Call Handling Technique;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10;
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in Lotus Notes Mail Administration & Technical Support.
