Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Supervise the team to provide application development, support and maintenance to various IT systems;
• Lead and manage the team to provide technical support services to end users;
• Lead the team to implement electronic submission of forms for the public;
• Manage out-sourced contracts and oversee performance of service providers;
• Prepare funding paper, handle procurement activities; and monitor the budget and expenditure; and
• Perform any other duties as required.
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 12 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Solid experience in project management;
• Solid experience in system implementation and maintenance;
• Experienced in supervising the team and participating in user engagement;
• Experienced in implementing e-Form services to the public is preferred.
