• To assist in providing technical advices to users on procurement of hardware and software items, and development of website and end-user programs;
• To assist in coordinate the training courses for departmental users;
• To coordinate the user support activities and software asset management activities; and

• Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 5 years experience in similar position;
