• To provide support for IT systems and applications;
• To maintain computer facilities inventory records for department.
   

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To install and configure computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, scanners, etc.
• To monitor, test and maintain the healthiness of computer networks, applications and IT systems.
• To analyze, trouble shoot and provide solution for hardware, software, and network faults.
• To provide IT support to users in department.
• To update and maintain the inventory of computer facilities and computer consumables.
• To perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
  
   

• High Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 2 year experience in the control and operation of Windows, helpdesk service and computer network support services.
