Maintenance Support for website.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide daily maintenance and support to website include regular deployment and patch management;
• To provide daily support service to users;
• To perform testing on enhancements before production launch;
• To monitor contractor for bug fixing, enhancement and apply patch;
• To support enterprise search engine;
• To perform periodic user account review and security log review; and

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Minimum of three years of system or software support experience;
• Experience with website support is preferable; and
• Demonstrated leadership and strong problem solving skill.
