Job Description

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

  • Work in a team to provide 7 x 24 Tier-1 support services to the offices of Directorates of the department;
  • Provide first-line IT support to regular meetings for more than 30 participants in the format of traditional meetings or web meetings;
  • Coordinate and participate in replacement project(s) of ageing personal computers including notebook computers;
  • Coordinate and participate in upgrade project(s) of operating systems of personal computers to Windows 11;
  • Assist in the migration project of email accounts to Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP);
  • Provide technical support on the operations of CMMP and Microsoft Outlook;
  • Provide on-going support on Windows-based servers for file sharing;
  • Support the team to fulfil IT security requirements of the department; and
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management.








     

Job Requirement

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • At least 2-year hands-on experience in replacement exercise of personal computers including notebook computers.
  • At least 2-year experience in call handing of customer / helpdesk services.
  • At least 1-year experience to support client-side operations of Lotus Notes and CMMP.
  • At least 1-year experience in troubleshooting and problem solving on the use of operating system including Windows 10 Enterprise and Windows 11 Enterprise and desktop software such as Adobe Acrobat and Foxit PDF Editor.
  • Strong technical knowledge on office automation.
  • Hard-working and responsible.
  • Able to understand requirements from customers and provide appropriate technical advice and support.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with work partners.
  • Good command in written English.
  • least 1-year experience in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning System is an advantage.
