Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist in managing the project - Migration of Selected Survey Systems to Upgrade Data Processing and Analysis Platform and the Redevelopment of IT Systems for Adoption of Modular Data Processing and Analysis Approach in Surveys, on time and within budget.
• To scrutinise and provide technical advice on the solutions and deliverables from the project contractors of the project - Migration of Selected Survey Systems to Upgrade Data Processing and Analysis Platform and the Redevelopment of IT Systems for Adoption of Modular Data Processing and Analysis Approach in Surveys.
• To provide technical support in setting up the testing environment in department for supporting the above-mentioned project.
• To assist internal project manager to perform IT security related tasks.
• To provide technical support and conduct program development of the various department applications using Microsoft SQL Server, .Net, Microsoft Office Access/Excel, SAS and Python.
• To provide system enhancement and maintenance for various IT systems.
• To provide end-user support and conduct system/server administration tasks for various IT application systems.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Project experience in VBA and Visual Studio .Net programming.
• Working experience in Web application development.
• Working experience in implementing IT security measures.
• Working experience in Windows/Unix/Linux server administration.
