Web-based application system.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide the support on the technical study of system redevelopment and on the implementation of new e-services related to vehicle and driver licensing.
• To support the contractor to carry out the technical study for system redevelopment and monitor the project progress.
• Support system implementation for delivering new/enhanced applications/e-services and liaise with parties concerned (including users, contractors, computer operators, etc.) on requirements gathering,  implementation, acceptance testing, program/system testing, on-going activities support and project management.
• To perform quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractors.
• To liaise with the parties concerned, including users, contractors, stakeholders, etc., for requirements collection & analysis, cost estimations, deliberation of business and technical options, etc.
• To advise users on all-IT related aspects of the supported systems.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Possess experience and skills in design and support of IT web application systems using Enterprise Java application and modern web framework (i.e. react.js) etc. 
• Be a good team player with competent communication and interpersonal skills.
