To ensure the safe, efficient and timely completion of the Project, various divisions of the Department are involved and a robust project management structure has been established to oversee and administer the planning and coordination work among the various  Project Teams/Task Forces/Working Groups, as well as with other stakeholders including other Bureaus and Departments involved.
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To ensure the project produces the required deliverables along the Project timeline effectively and efficiently in accordance with the business case;
• To provide assistance to Project Manager/Project Management Officer in consolidating/preparing the following project management related deliverables and get appropriate authorities endorsement, such as;
  • Project Procedure Handbook/Guidelines;
  • Master Project Plan;
  • Regular Progress Update/Review Reports, etc.
• To assist in consolidating and identifying critical project information, including dependencies, progress status, issues/risks identified etc., and report them to the PM/TFs/PWG for assessing the overall project status.
• To support the running of the Project Steering Committee (PSC), Project Working Group (PWG), Task Forces (TFs), Project Management Office (PMO) and other related working groups of the project.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 3 year of experience in IT project management in application development/network infrastructure.
• Familiar with department guidelines on Project Management and IT security related to Information Technology.
