1. Taking part in all phases during the implementation of the RIMS, STSAS and BRMS, including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement, programming, installation, system testing, user acceptance, deployments and system supports; 
2. Taking part in managing and administering innovation & technology (I&T) projects and related coordination;
3. Contractor management; and 
4. Assisting in project co-ordinations.
    

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To conduct system design, system enhancement, system interfacing among the RIMS, STSAS and other systems;
• To provide technical support, system integration, managing, maintaining, administering and deploying services for RIMS, STSAS and BRMS; 
• To assist the tendering of products / services necessary for the implementation;
• To monitor the performance of contractors; 
• To ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standard;
• To prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance;
• To provide application support services such as liaison with users and contractors, monitoring, repairing, recovering application systems, generating management and operation reports, training and helpdesk support to department users; and
• To update system documents, operation procedures, system configuration documents, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports, user manuals etc.; 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Knowledge and solid experience in systems design and business analysis;
• Knowledge and solid experience in the implementation of workflow systems;
• Knowledge and solid experience in the system maintenance involving Web Services and systems interfacing;
• Knowledge and solid experience in Blockchain and kubernetes system;
• Knowledge in ERKS API interfacing may be an advantage;
• Experience in web server systems using Java, .NET, Node.js, SQL Server, MongoDB is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management is required.
• Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work.
