System design, development and implementation of new and existing IT system/application.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To take part in all phases of system and associated IT projects and systems, including to develop programs and enhance/maintain existing programs, to conduct program testing, system testing and user acceptance, and prepare job control procedures for trial runs and production runs;
• To review and upgrade the IT infrastructure, system network and database of the system and associated IT projects and systems with reference to department's requirement;
• To develop and arrange housekeeping tasks for security control system update, data backup and website management of the system and associated IT projects and systems;
• To conduct IT procurement market research, prepare contract documents and implement the contracts;
• To perform project management, quality assurance and progress monitoring of the development of the Dashboard;
• To prepare and maintain IT documentation of the system and associated IT projects and systems; and

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Proficient in systems programming or technical support of systems software; 
• Have solid knowledge and experience in system architecture design, implementing and development of web applications;
• Preferably with experience in feasibility/technical studies and team leading/supervision; and
• Knowledge and experience in infrastructure, data centre and networking; and proficient in vendor management and infrastructure project supervision, implementation and operational support.
