• Monitor various outsourced IT and application projects, which includes assignment brief preparation; proposals evaluation; monitor the performance of outsourcing contractors; provide technical advices to users during the project development; control the quality of deliverables from contractors.
• Arrange any procurement of products and services.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Application development experience. Such as Web application, Client/Server Application and Database Application.
• IT outsourcing management.
• Familiar commonly used project management approach and system design methodology, such as PRINCE and SSADM.
• Experience in IT security management processes and compile related deliverables.
