To be responsible for the implementation of the Upgraded New Departmental Portal and the related application server revamp.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Lead the system design, system development, system interfaces, site preparation, data conversion, user acceptance and training of the projects;
• Provide technical support services for the projects;
• Ensure the security of the production systems and manage the related security measures;
• Undertake day-to-day management of external service providers;
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant parties (including other contractors and B/Ds);
• Provide technical advice to management and users as appropriate; and

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Support of departmental portal;
• Support of Windows servers and Active Directory administration;
• Familiar with policies/ procedures;
• Good communication and skills, both written and verbal, in Chinese or English, preference given to those good at both;
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast-learning and good team player;
• May have to work outside normal office hours to provide on-call production support and maintenance services;
• Working at the remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required.
