To support the new and enhanced IT security controls as required by the IT security policies, guidelines and circulars promulgated.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Establish and adopt the departmental IT Security Risk Management Framework;
• Establish an IT Security Threat Management Mechanism;
• Enhance and support IT security infrastructure, including but not limited to, end-point protection solution, network detection and response system, privileged account management system, log management system, mobile device management system, web filtering system;
• Manage network infrastructure including network appliances and firewalls;
• Manage security matters including configuration and hardening of all servers and network appliances;
• Conduct in-house security assessment and security training, managing IT security assessment and audit exercises as well as compliance audit/check by external parties;
• Provide support for security incidents and coordinate disaster recovery drills;
• Provide technical advices to support latest IT security and business requirements;
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to meet the business objectives;
• Supervise and lead junior team members; and
• Carry out other technical and administrative duties as specified by the management.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Hands-on experience in technical support for IT security infrastructure and network equipment;
• Exposure in regulations, guidelines and procedures;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• At least one of the qualifications among CCNA, CISSP and CISA; 
• Good communication skills and customer service skills;
• Independent, self-motivated and good sense of responsibility; and
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.

The appointed staff may also need to work in Wanchai, North Point, Kwun Tong, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon Bay, Yau Ma Tei and Sha Tau Kok when necessary.
