• Maintain and support the infrastructure and applications of regulatory related systems;
• Support the maintenance of the mobile application and related system.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Handle maintenance and support activities such as administration, user enquiries and troubleshooting;
• Conduct impact assessment of system change requests;
• Perform system analysis and design for implementation of enhancements;
• Perform system integration tests;
• Provide support for user acceptance tests;
• Conduct performance tests e.g. load and stress tests;
• Perform technical study for new IT inititatives;
• Provide technical support to day-to-day user enquires;
• Work with Maintenance Contractor to troubleshoot and investigate issues and problems reported;
• Perform SITs on bug-fixes and changes deployed by Maintenance Contractor;
• Coordinate with users for performing UATs;
• Deploy bug-fixes, improvement and enhancement works to production environment;
• Deploy regular security patches to production environments;
• Issue regular utilization and performance reports; and

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 8 years of consolidated experience in analysis, design, development, implementation and support of enterprise-wide web-based systems;
• At least 3 years of solid experience in managing contractors and/or vendors to deliver different kinds of IT services;
• At least 3 years of experience in development and/or maintenance of clinical and/or regulatory information systems gained in healthcare organization or institution;
• Strong team player and capable to work under pressure independently and proactively;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills;
• Good coordination, presentation, negotiation and business writing skills;
• Able to work in a diversified and dynamic team environment;
• Familiar with IT standards and methodologies.
