Support of Information System in Cloud.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide ongoing support to the Information System;
• To elicit user requirements on enhancements and advise users on tentative fixes;
• To coordinate all matters in relation to subscription / renewal of software licence, e-certificates and hosting services in support of system; 
• To maintain system documentation up-to-date; and

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Strong sense of responsibilities, good presentation and liaison skills;
• Hands on experience in technical support to implementation of web-based application(s) in cloud platform;
• Hands on experience in support to security and/or privacy compliance;
• Hands on experience in coordination for IT project(s). 
• Experience in support of IT system/project in Cloud would be an advantage.
