To provide IT support and advice for the enhancements of passenger e-channel and biometric authentication solution.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide IT support and advice for the biometric authentication solution;
• To provide IT support and advice on the enhancements of passenger e-Channels;
• To coordinate with parties concerned for the implementation of system enhancements on the passenger e-channel;
• To monitor and review the deliverables prepared by contractors for the required quality and compliance with standards;
• To perform diagnosis with contractors on technical issues and monitor the progress of the remedy actions; and

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Strong experience in Biometric Authentication Solution;
• Strong experience in DB2 relational database;
• Strong experience in providing technical support on system implementation of mission critical system;
• Strong experience in providing technical support on IT System Development and Management;
• The contract staff is required to take up on-call duty;
• The contract staff will have to work outside normal office hours occasionally to meet the operational needs.
