To design, develop and maintain IT systems.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide technical advice on hardware and software procurement, networking and cloud service requisition.
• To provide support and advisory on project and contractor monitoring and management.
• To provide support in system analysis, design, procurement and installation, development, integration, implementation, administration and maintenance of systems.
• To understand the operation of the existing systems.
• To collect and analyze user requirements.
• To prepare and conduct system testing, acceptance criteria and documentation for projects.
• To prepare, examine and update documentations, including procedures, standards and reports.
• To supervise subordinates to perform application development.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least 2-year experience in IT application development and maintenance, web design, web-based programming and programming regarding relational database.
• At least 2-year experience in systems programming, analysis and design.
• At least 1-year experience in team leading or supervision.
• Experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software add-on programming.
• Experience in BIM or GIS projects.
• Experience in IT feasibility or technical studies.
