• Performing project management, project planning, budgeting, tendering and procurement, quality assurance and vendor/contract management for outsourced ICT projects;
• Providing technical advices to support business requirements;
• Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to meet the business objectives; and

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• At least four (4) years of full-time hands-on experience in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), including feasibility study, system analysis and design, procurement and installation, programming and implementation, system nursing and maintenance.
• Candidates should be customer-oriented and able to perform under pressure, willing to work after office hours and occasionally working on an on-call basis as required.
• Candidates should possess good knowledge in data modelling and database design.
• Candidates should have good communications and coordination skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experiences/certifications in the following technologies/areas:
  • Full stack development (MEAN/MERN);
  • RESTful API development;
  • Python programming;
  • Microsoft SQL Server;
  • NoSQL database;
  • Containerisation such as podman, containerd, KubeSphere, Knative, etc.
  • Service mesh/serverless architecture;
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline;
