Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Oversee the project progress & spending position;
• Provide overall contractor management and coordination;
• Prepare the work assignment briefs for the procurement of related hardware, software and services, etc;
• Assist users to identify the user requirements for system development and the use of spatial data;
• Coordinate the setup and maintenance of the information system in Cloud and assist the contractors to perform necessary tests to ensure a high level of system reliability and availability;
• Provide assistance on user acceptance test, data conversion and verification activities;
• Provide technical advice, resolve any possible conflict and follow up all technical problems;
• Review system deliverables and documentation;
• Assist users in governing the systems; conformance to Government policies and standards; and
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Experienced in project management, system development & maintenance and outsourcing management. 
• Work experience in web programming, database management, system administration, managing projects and supporting of systems.  
• Knowledge in IT standards & procurement procedures, having experience in using Geographic Information System and cloud services are preferred.
