To support the IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and networks for the activities.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Oversee the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and networks for the activities;
• Manage the overall project management activities for outsourcing service providers, such as progress monitoring, user coordination, requirement gathering, management of contractor performance, project progress review, quality assurance of project deliverables and acceptance testing;
• Manage the support on the implementation, integration, administration and trouble-shooting of IT infrastructure, network and systems for the sports competition and management services;
• Prepare and formulate the informatisation standards and specifications for IT equipment and related systems for sports competition and management services (e.g. timing, scoring and related systems) for Hong Kong in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the activities;
• Ensure that the related IT system and deliverables are complied with related IT policies and guidelines;
• Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders in Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macao in in supporting the installation and integration of IT equipment and solutions in various venues; 
• Perform IT project management and vendor management
• Provide on-site support, work outside office hours and provide on-call production support; and 
• Perform any work assigned by supervisor .
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Work experience in managing large scale infrastructure (200+ Virtual Machines) and mission critical systems within a sizable organization is required. 
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management and cyber security management;
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in the following security technologies, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), security log analytics, web application firewall or IDS/IPS;
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in various operating systems (e.g. MS Windows Server, Linux) administration;
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience on Log Management and Analytics tools such as ELK stack or Splunk;
• Valid certificate holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) is required;
• Valid certificate holder of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is required;
• Valid certificate holder of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is required;
• Valid certificate holder of Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) is required;
• Valid Certificate holder of ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor is highly preferred;
• Experience in participating intelligence led Red Team exercises is highly preferred;
• Experience in managing large scale government projects is highly preferred;
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English is preferred.
