Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop PCs, notebooks, and printers at various sub-offices.
• Assist third-party engineers in resolving server equipment issues, including Domain Server problems.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory.
• Perform system monitoring tasks.
• Apply security patches to desktop PCs and notebooks.
• Provide IT support for online and in-person meetings.

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 1 years experience in similar position;
• Must have solid experience in PC LAN Support.
• Must have solid experience in Windows 7/8/10.
• Must have solid experience in Helpdesk Call Handling Technique.
• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration is highly desirable.
