1. Gather requirements for a smart works contract management system that can efficiently handle thousands of contracts annually, and oversee its implementation.
2. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of web systems by coordinating with vendors and developers.
3. Collaborate with development team and quality assurance team to facilitate business requirements collection process, and provide feedback to user representatives from Strategic Business Units.
4. Translate business ideas into development goals, and follow up on their implementation.
   
    

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Conduct user requirement elicitation, mockup creation, implementation, documentation, report generation, and testing for the works contract management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions to meet business needs.
• Investigate user-reported issues to formulate enhancement requests or raise bug tickets, referring to available system functions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and other quality assurance activities.
• Provide support services to users and vendors, including helpdesk and liaison roles, and preparation and conduction of briefing/training sessions.
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Perform any other assigned IT services or tasks as directed by the supervisor.
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 1 years experience in similar position;
• Solid experience in utilizing UI design tools such as Figma and Moqups.
• Solid business analysis experience in large scale projects.
• Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work. 
• Good writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized.
