IT support for data processing, cursory checking of plans and survey data deposited by ALS and digital work files archive. 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To carry out survey data processing work, documents scanning work, editing of PDF documents, arranging, managing and checking of the scanned images on computer storage, and any other IT support.
• Carry out data input and processing of survey information on the submitted survey plan with computer software.
• Carry out on-site document scanning work and uploading of scanned document to the Department Document Management System;
• Use Adobe Acrobat or other software to merge, split and edit the scanned documents;
• Assist in searching and retrieval of achieve file data and physical file keeping;
• Will perform web accessibility check of documents and plans by software means;
• Use MS Excel to set up document indices;
• Develop basic VBA in the MS Excel for computation and survey data input; 
• Provide technical support including network printer, scanner, e-fax and other computer hardware.

• Diploma or High Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
