• Experience in Datacentre Maintenance.

IT operation support services in server rooms.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Perform IT operational tasks including system backup, off-site storage of backup tapes, batch jobs monitoring, and system alerts monitoring on the IT equipment in the server rooms.
• Maintain and monitor the environmental facilities for the server rooms, including UPS, air-conditioning units and fire suppression and protection system.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment, media and consumables.
• Conduct routine inspection to the server rooms and escalate to appropriate parties if fault is discovered.
• Assist in general administration, access control and maintenance services on IT equipment and environmental facilities for the server rooms.

• High Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Required to work in shift and work outside the office hours, if needed.
• At least two years working experience in server room operations. 
• Highly desirable that the candidate has practical experience in the control room and operations of IT systems. 
• The candidate may also be required to perform system support, data conversion and development on the website application.
