Provide support on PCs and Mail Services.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide support services to users on PC, Lotus Notes, Confidential Mail, Mobile Mail and Video Conference and related systems.
• Provide on-site client support in different office locations among Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
• Handle user enquires, resolve technical problems on PC, Lotus Notes client, CM client, assist users in changing password, renew and replace e-cert etc.
• Provide daily backup support on mails and required systems and assist users to restore mailbox when necessary.
• Provide support on video conference system and mail on mobile phone.
• Daily monitor the healthiness of Lotus Notes, CM and required systems.

• Diploma or High Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity;
