Provide IT support to department.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide administrative and operational support to local and remote offices;
• Provide helpdesk support to end users of Office Automation equipment;
• Provide support to end users of Lotus Notes, Confidential Messaging Application (CMSG), Mobile Workplace Service (MWS) services;
• Assist IT service deployment;
• Maintain inventory list of hardware/software; and
• Any other duties assigned by supervisors.
  
   

• High Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position;
• Shall have knowledge in PC LAN support;
• Shall have experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 10;
• Shall have solid experience in conducting migration of user profiles and data from PC to PC;
• Shall have experience in providing operation support for both iOS and Windows platform;
• Experience in handling user service call is required;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus; and
• Good attitude, polite and self-motivated.
