IT System Development, Implementation and Support.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Prepare specifications for IT projects.
• Carry out system development and implementation activities.
• Prepare test plans, perform system testing and produce system document.
• Provide IT advisory to end users.

• Degree holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Possess strong technical knowledge in various development tools/environments including web/application server, application programming, relational database management system, web programming, etc.; 
• Shall work independently; 
• Shall have solid hands-on experience in design and development of web-based application systems; and 
• Shall be good in spoken and written communication skills.
